Started in 1991 as a two-person consultancy by Mike Rohrkemper and Greg Ossege, the firm has grown significantly since then and expanded its services to meet the growing accounting and business needs of its clients. The current partners Greg Ossege, Mike Combs and Stephen Mann, as well as the professional staff, have the breadth of knowledge and experience in which to serve a wide variety of clients.

In addition to the traditional services, we provide many additional services, including software consulting, succession planning, business consulting, and business valuation.

Our clients include small businesses which range in size from $100,000 to $60,000,000 in annual revenue and from zero employees to 250 employees. In addition to serving small businesses, we also serve not-for-profit entities and individuals.
